Fellowship Programme

• Information collation and dissemination throughout the ICOS network
• Research on international security, development and counter narcotics policies and developments
• External communication support
• General coordination and co-organization of policy meetings and conferences
• General support to the London, Paris, Kabul and Ottawa offices

• Fluent in English and in at least one other European language, preferably Portuguese, German or Spanish
• Degree in economics, international law, political science or international relations
• Multi-tasking, a flexible approach to work and a willingness to work within a multicultural (virtual) team environment
• Previous experiences in international/European policy and research work (desirable)

• Applicants to the Fellowship Programme must be currently enrolled at a school and will be required to obtain a "Convention de Stage".
  
• Fellowships can range from 4 months to a year.
  
• The terms of the working contract are consistent with the specifications of a standard unpaid internship.
• The fellowship includes a small financial compensation for transport and lunch costs.

During my time as a Media Fellow, I had the privilege of participating in the unique and exciting working environment at ICOS. The work at ICOS is fluid and dynamic, and each new development in world events has the potential to serve as a catalyst for energetic idea-sharing, expert analysis, and innovative solutions.
