On the occasion of the 50th Session of the United Nations' Commission on Narcotic Drugs,

ICOS hosted a dinner at which Dr Eva Tongue, Chairperson of the Vienna NGO Committee on Narcotic Drugs was presented with an Award for Lifetime Achievement in Global Drug Policy.

This award is in recognition of her tireless efforts in facilitating the essential work and cooperation of Non-Governmental Organisations in the field of drug policy.

At the event Dr Eva Tongue held a keynote address.
