Rome, 23-24 March 2007
Leaders of Red Cross / Red Crescent National Societies from Latin and Central America, Central Asia, Middle-East, Asia and Europe met in Rome under the auspice of the Italian Red Cross and ICOS to share ideas and to debate actions in the area of drug policy.
A declaration calling for the formulation and implementation of a humanitarian drug policy was signed by all participants and will lead to future important actions on drug policy in the different regions represented.
